Laurie Gidas Roorback

Laurie is a graduate of John Carroll University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Being a Gidas, Laurie has grown up in the floral industry, and has always had a passion for flowers. As both a planner and a bride, Laurie has experienced the wedding planning process, and offers creative insight to future brides.

Amy Wolak

Amy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in Communications. She has experience working in event planning, customer service, and management. Amy loves working with people and finding unique ways to make any event special.

Melanie Crowe Ciarallo

While a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Melanie began working for Gidas Flowers in customer service. Developing a passion for flowers, she was trained and taught in all aspects of floral design, while also applying her teachings from art school into her work. Ten years later, she continues to bring artistic flair as the lead designer.

Jason Gidas

Jason is the owner and manager of Gidas Flowers. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a degree in marketing, Jason oversees all events, and assists on event setups. He is also involved with sourcing the flowers for all events, as well as meeting with brides and corporate clients.
