Working with Gida’s for a bereavement bouquet delivery from across the country could not have gone any smoother. Their online ordering was straightforward and simple and their options were perfect. But what took this experience to the next level was our delivery person, Stephen, going above and beyond to make sure our order was delivered. Stephen contacted me when the recipients didn’t answer the door and gave plenty of time and flexibility for me to coordinate with the family to make sure they were able to receive the delivery. Stephen then went back to their home to complete the delivery and sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement. Supporting grieving friends from a distance is so hard.
